How do I pay (payment options)?

Payments can be made by credit card via the portal or you can choose to download a proforma invoice and pay by BACS. The payment details are on the invoice. If you pay by BACS do email us to let us know

How do I register?

There are 2 ways to register:

  • (recommended) Wait for the first RFQ from your Buyer and then you will receive an email with a link to register your company and to gain access to the documents for process. This will start your 30 day free trial.

  • Go to www.seaproc.com and register yourself under seller registration. Once you have registered your company, your 30 days’ free trial will start. 

What is the cost structure?

FREE: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $0 - $2,000 USD

$40/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $2,000 - $8,000 USD

$85/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $8,000 - $20,000 USD

$200/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $20,000 - $50,000 USD

$500/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $50,000 - $100,000 USD

$1,000/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $100,000 - $250,000 USD

$2,500/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month are between $250,000 - $500,000 USD

$5,000/Month: If total Purchase Orders per month equal $500,000 USD & Higher

*Note: You will have options to sign up for: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months uninterrupted subscription. 

I have reached a level where I have to pay. Can I go back to free?

The quick answer is yes. Your subscription is based on the previous month's Purchase Orders.

We hope you continue to get many orders every month but if you do have a quieter month then indeed you can return to a lower subscription tier. If your purchase orders were less than $2000 than you will be at Tier 1 and you can use the SeaProc free again.

 

I was Tier 2 last month but did not pay. Can I start again free next month?

Really? No.

SeaProc is working on an honesty system. In the months that you got the higher volume of orders through SeaProc, then we invoice you the month after. If you skip paying then access is not re-enabled until your invoice is paid and then your subscription will be valid for that current month.

I paid for 12 months but was below Tier 3 in some months. Do I lose that money?

No you do not lose out. If there are any months in which you were below your paid subscription level then we will credit you for the months in which you paid for a higher tier.

How is the process (cycle)?
  • SeaProc interfaces directly with your customer’s fleet management system (FMS) to play an integral part in creating an automated purchasing process.

Yes, Vendors can invoice Buyers directly and fast. Easy comparison to the POs and all data from the original documents are archived together in one spot making retrieval fast and precise. 

Is the data we enter in SeaProc secure?

All data from our customers BELONGS to the customers. We do not give out or sell data to any third party or company. We only “work” with the data in order to create the BI tools and Reports for your company. 

Do I need training?

SeaProc is a very intuitive system that requires virtually no training at all.

What if I have more offices?

You will be able to “link” different offices so that your management can retrieve data of the whole company’s procurement actions in just a couple clicks.
